Course Description: This course provides comprehensive training in the Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) suite of productivity tools used in modern workplaces, schools, and organizations. Students will learn how to effectively use cloud-based and desktop applications to create documents, analyze data, deliver presentations, communicate, and collaborate in real time. The course emphasizes practical, hands-on skills in core applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, along with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. Students will also gain experience with cloud storage, file sharing, and remote teamwork
